Junior Controller (m/f/d)

All about this role

Your tasks

• Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Contributing to budget planning and forecast development
• Analyzing target/actual deviations and deriving action recommendations
• Maintaining and further developing internal reporting systems (BWA, KPI reports)
• Supporting liquidity planning and cash flow analyses
• Contributing to projects on process optimization and digitalization in controlling
• Close collaboration with accounting, management, and operational units

What you bring to the table

• A completed degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience in controlling or accounting (e.g., through internship roles)
• Confident use of Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Analytical skills, structured working style, and strong affinity for numbers
• Team spirit, initiative, and interest in working in a dynamic corporate group
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Office mentality: We work on-site!
